Character Interview Meme: Karas Malchior

I found this thing on another deviant's journal (SirSmudge) and thought it looked fun, so I decided to give it a whirl!

I'll be interviewing this pleasant guy right here:


Anything in brackets denotes any actions he does, being marked down by the interviewer.

Questions:

1. What is your name?
[the subject smiles warmly] My name is Karas. To be more precise, my name is Karas Malchior.

2. Do you know why you were named that?
Not particularly, no. [he shrugs, still smiling] It's no big issue, though--I'm perfectly fine with my name.

3. Are you single or taken?
Taken? Taken where? [Karas chuckles] Just having a bit of fun with you. I'm single.

4. Have any abilities or powers?
Well, unless you count being a medic as an ability, then I'm afraid not.

5. Stop being a Mary-Sue!
[the interviewee puts on a mock pout] But I thought I was just fine as one!

6. What's your eye color?
Forest green! The only one in my family to have that particular eye color, too. [he looks a bit proud of this fact]

7. How about the hair color?
Dirty blonde, though the brown shows a lot less than it normally would. [the subject shrugs] Not sure why.

8. Have you any family members?
Oh, let's see here... [he taps his chin with a smile] There's my brother--half brother, to be more exact--Thanatos, and his children. Lethe is his oldest, and she's absolutely beautiful. She has the voice of an angel, and the body of a model (coincidentally, she is a model). Then, there's the triplets: Elyse, Chaos, and Andrew. Elyse is the oldest of the three, and she can be quite surly at times. [he looks around cautiously and laughs a bit] Have to be sure she can't hear me! She's a dancer, usually of ballet. Chaos is the spitting image of his father, and quite the hyperactive one! He loves to dig for treasure. Lastly, Andrew is the one I would call...I suppose he could be called a philosopher of sorts. He's always so calm and collected.

9. Oh? How about pets?
[a brisk shake of his head, which causes his hair to shake lightly with it] Not much of a pet person.

10. That's cool, I guess. Now tell me something you don't like.
[Karas' face strains a bit, trying to think] Mondays. [he smiles] No, in all seriousness, I dislike pancakes. They are the absolute devil to make.

11. Do you have any activities/hobbies you like to do?
Oh, I suppose this would be the part where I can elaborate on that medic bit from earlier, yes? Okay! I enjoy helping people. I make medicines and tend to any kind of wounds. [the interviewee smiles fondly] It's my absolute pleasure to be able to do so. I also like to study alchemy.

12. Have you ever hurt anyone in anyway before?
Only when I've had to. [his face is serious] I am highly protective of my brother's children, and I've dealt with more than a few perverts who just could not get the point.

13. Ever... killed anyone before?
Absolutely not. [he blinks and shakes his head] Depending on which canon I've been inserted into, that is.

14. What kind of animal are you?
A giraffe, of course! [the subject grins broadly]

15. Name your worst habits.
I am horribly forgetful, so it may take more than one reminder to get me to do something.

16. Do you look up to anyone at all?
Not particularly. Not anymore, that is.

17. Are you gay, straight, or bisexual?
[he places his chin in one hand and looks thoughtful for a moment] You know, I'm not really one to think about that kind of thing. If this question needs an absolute answer, though, I suppose I would have to say straight.

18. Do you go to school?
I did when I was younger!

19. Ever wanna marry and have kids one day?
[he mulls around the question for a few seconds, shifting to one side] The thought is nice, but not of any immediate importance.

20. Do you have fangirls/fanboys?
I'm not sure. I haven't asked!

21. What are you most afraid of?
I think... [the subject scratches his head lightly before a somber look crosses his face] I think the answer to that is losing my family. My nieces, my nephews, my brother...they all mean everything to me, and I don't know what I'd do with myself if they were gone.

22. What do you usually wear?
[Karas gestures to his current outfit, the red overcoat and white shirt and pants] If not this, then a big, white robe. My wardrobe isn't very extensive, I'm afraid.

23. What's one food that tempts you?
What food doesn't tempt me? [he laughs adamantly] I just like to eat, so pretty much anything will tempt me.

24. Am I annoying you?
Oh, no! Not at all! It's...actually quite refreshing to be asked about, to be honest.

25. Well, it's still not over!
Very well!

26. What class are you? (Low Class, Middle Class, High Class?)
You know what? I have no idea. Like the question concerning me killing people, I think it really depends on which canon I've been inserted into.

27. How many friends do you have?
In all honesty, not many.

28. What are your thoughts on pie?
[he snaps to attention and looks around] Where?!

29. Favorite drink?
This is a difficult one... [the interviewee strokes his chin] I think I have to say Coke.

30. What's your favorite place?
I like old places. [he begins to list things off with his fingers] Ancient ruins, abandoned cities, underground caverns, forests where the trees are so very tall...

31. Are you interested in anyone~?
[he shrugs] It depends on how much they intrigue me. [he notices the look on my face] Oh, that's not what you meant? Oh. Oh! Um, no.

32. If you're a girl, what is your cup size?
I...don't know. Though I suppose I shouldn't since I don't particularly have those parts... [he shifts slightly, awkwardly]

33. Would you rather swim in a lake or the ocean?
Goodness, they both sound delightful. I suppose I would rather go with the lake. It's usually more secluded. Makes for a better family getaway.

34. What's your type?
B positive! [realization dawns on him and he chuckles sheepishly] Uhhh...I suppose I would have to say classy, polite, and free-spirited.

35. Any fetishes?
Nnnnnno, I don't think so.

36. Seme or uke?
[the subject appears perplexed] Uh...Italian?

37. Camping or indoors?
That depends on my mood, usually. In most cases, though, the great outdoors is my choice. Quite lovely.
